Story
In 2009, I packed up my ambitions and moved from my small hometown in south east Pennsylvania to Charlotte, North Carolina. I relocated primarily to attend Johnson & Wales University for business management, majoring in Food and Beverage, where I developed a keen understanding of customer service, leadership, and operational efficiency.

Armed with nothing but determination, I dove headfirst into the growing Queen City where I found myself thriving in the fast-paced world where I could connect with people, develop life long friendships, and create memorable experiences for others.
​
In 2014, a chance encounter with a pinch of organic networking, everything in my world shifted. I found myself abruptly taking on a new role as an entry-level legal assistant who grew into to a senior paralegal, office manager, and law firm bookkeeper with a blink of an eye. For nearly a decade, I wore almost every hat imaginable in small law firms, while helping them grow and navigate the complexities of running efficient law firms from a business point of view.

As I continued to love helping others and hold a great passion for the work that I put out into the world, I realized that the traditional law firm environment did not align with my goals and eventually became unsustainable for me or my family. I knew that there had to be a better way and a solution, to balance work, life, and other passions of mine while being paid for my experience appropriately.

That’s when EagleHouse, LLC was born! In 2024, EagleHouse became my answer to the challenges of all small businesses, attorneys, law firms, and every day life for some, offering flexible and reliable solutions without the overhead of full-time employment or commitment.
​
My story isn’t one of instant success; It’s about grit, adaptability, and the determination to forge a new path for myself. Now, I am thrilled to help other like minded individuals do the exact same.
