My
Story
Let’s be real: many law firms are doing too much, too inefficiently, and bleeding time on things that could be handled smarter.

I know they are — I’ve lived it. With 10 years of experience inside law firms, I’ve worn nearly every hat: legal assistant, senior paralegal, legal operations manager, bookkeeper — and at times, all at once. My background in business management combined with hands-on experience in probate, estate administration, estate planning, real estate, and litigation support gave me a very unique edge: I understand how law firms should run — efficiently, profitably, and with structure.

In 2024, I resigned from the in-house firm world with a reputation for being the go-to paralegal when things got messy. From probate files gone sideways and backwards, to estate inventories that need years of reconciliation, I helped firms navigate chaos, close loops, and scale without sacrificing sanity.

But... I also saw the cracks: burnout, underpaid support staff, or no support staff at all, inefficient systems, and firms stuck in old models that don’t serve their clients — or their team.

That’s why I launched EagleHouse. It’s not just a freelance paralegal service — it’s a lifeline for attorneys who want real solutions and real experience, not just a body in a seat.

I bring legal know-how, operation expertise, and a no-BS approach to cleaning up files, identifying inefficiencies, managing team workflows, and helping firms grow.

I serve attorneys who want a smarter way to operate — especially in estate and probate work where strategy and accuracy matter. From full estate administration, team workflows, and firm operations consulting, I help legal teams cut through chaos and deliver results.

I'm here to make your work smoother, your team stronger, and your time better spent.

My story isn’t one of instant success; It’s been built on grit, adaptability, and the determination to forge a new path. Now, I am thrilled to be helping other like minded individuals do the exact same.

With many many thanks to all who made this venture possible.
